As used by Franklin Merrell-Wolff the high-indifference does not mean an absence of caring, rather it means an absence of attachment, avoidance and addiction. High-indifference is [accept, surrender then take the next action], while allowing yourself to feel everything (good or bad), but grounding those feelings so they don’t stick to you (Karma, good or bad, is sticky!).
